Prichard Housing Authority periodically opens its waitlist for our various housing programs. 

Waitlist openings will be announced on our homepage in advance. 

Please check our website frequently for potential openings. 

Paper applications will not be distributed or accepted. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Applicants must not exceed the HUD Income Limits listed below.

Fiscal Year 2024 Income Limits:

1 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $26,600
• Extremely Low Income: $16,000
• Low Income: $42,600

2 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $30,400
• Extremely Low Income: $20,440
• Low Income: $48,650

3 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $34,200
• Extremely Low Income: $25,820
• Low Income: $54,750

4 Person Household

• Very Low Income: $38,000
• Extremely Low Income: $31,200
• Low Income: $60,800
