Prichard Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting applications for the following position(s):
PROPERTY MANAGER – (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in the operation and maintenance of housing. Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations governing eligibility of Public Housing, Tax Credit and Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance. Knowledge of housing activities and operations at the federal, state and local levels in both public and private sector. Annual Salary – $40,000, plus excellent benefits including: retirement, BC/BS health and dental options.
